PRIVACY POLICY

ProphetessMiranda.com

Effective upon publication

This Privacy Policy explains how Nabi’ Healing Center, Inc., a Christian church and religious ministry operating publicly through Prophetess Miranda Ministries, Prophetess Miranda Training Institute (“PMTI”), The Seers Group, and other ministries, programs, and brands (“Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information.

This Policy applies to personal information processed through ProphetessMiranda.com, NabiHealingCenter.com, PMTI websites and communities, Ministry-operated pages and applications, Circle and other community or course platforms, event and ticketing pages, donation pages, communications, worship and ministry services, events, outreach, support, and other Ministry operations that link to or reference this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Certain books and publishing products offered through ProphetessMiranda.com are sold or fulfilled by Vision Today Productions, LLC (“Vision Today”). Vision Today may receive and process information needed to administer those transactions. When a transaction identifies Vision Today as the seller, this Policy describes information practices conducted through the shared website, but Vision Today remains responsible for any separate processing it performs for its own purposes.

1. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide. This may include your name, username, contact information, mailing and shipping address, account credentials, demographic information, preferences, profile information, photographs, recordings, communications, support requests, registrations, applications, surveys, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.

Transaction and participation information. This may include purchases, subscriptions, billing status, donation records, shipping and fulfillment information, event registrations, attendance, check-in information, course enrollment, program participation, access history, certificates or completion status, customer-service history, and communications concerning a transaction or program.

Community and submitted content. This may include posts, comments, messages, uploads, reactions, profile details, live-session participation, recordings, transcripts, and other content or activity within Circle or another community, course, or communications platform. Messages and content may be accessible to the Ministry and its platform providers for administration, moderation, safeguarding, support, security, legal compliance, and other purposes described in this Policy.

Ministry, pastoral, and sensitive submissions. Information you voluntarily provide may reveal religious or philosophical beliefs, health or disability information, dietary or fasting information, family circumstances, financial hardship, requests for ministry assistance, or other information that may be considered sensitive under some laws. Please provide only information reasonably necessary for the purpose of your communication. Communications with Ministry personnel or participants are not automatically confidential, legally privileged, or governed by healthcare-privacy laws merely because they concern personal, spiritual, emotional, or health-related matters.

Payment information. Payment processors and commerce platforms collect payment-card, bank-account, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information. The Ministry ordinarily receives transaction details and limited payment information, such as payment status and a card brand or partial account number, rather than a complete payment-card number.

Device, usage, and technical information. This may include IP address, device and browser information, operating system, identifiers, cookie and pixel data, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages and products viewed, searches, interactions, clicks, session activity, checkout activity, access times, diagnostic information, and similar technical or usage information.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from service providers, payment processors, Shopify, Circle, social-media services, advertising and analytics providers, ticketing platforms, event partners, referral sources, publicly available sources, other participants, and persons who purchase, register, donate, or submit information on your behalf.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • provide, administer, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • create and manage accounts, communities, courses, memberships, subscriptions, events, and programs;
  • process purchases, donations, registrations, payments, shipping, fulfillment, returns, and refunds;
  • communicate about accounts, transactions, programs, schedules, safety, support, and administrative matters;
  • provide ministry, pastoral, educational, community, benevolence, outreach, or other requested assistance;
  • review applications, eligibility, participation, and compliance with applicable terms or program requirements;
  • moderate communities, investigate concerns, enforce rules, protect participants, prevent abuse or fraud, and preserve security;
  • operate, analyze, troubleshoot, test, develop, and improve websites, content, communications, and offerings;
  • measure engagement, conversions, and advertising performance and, where permitted, personalize marketing or advertising;
  • maintain financial, donation, attendance, consent, safety, operational, and legal records;
  • protect the Ministry, Vision Today, users, participants, and others and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
  • comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, tax and accounting requirements, and lawful requests; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or otherwise permitted by law.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, maintain security and sessions, analyze use, measure performance, prevent fraud, support checkout, and conduct or measure marketing and advertising.

These technologies may be provided by Shopify, Circle, analytics providers, advertising platforms, social-media services, and other vendors. The particular technologies and providers may change as the Services change. Current choices may be available through the cookie or privacy-preferences tool displayed on the applicable website, browser controls, platform settings, or legally required opt-out mechanisms. Information about cookies and similar technologies placed by Shopify when it powers a merchant storefront is available in Shopify’s Cookie Policy.

Some disclosures to advertising or analytics partners may constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising processing under particular privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where applicable, you may opt out through the website’s privacy-preferences or opt-out mechanism. We will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law and technically supported for the relevant browser or device. A general “Do Not Track” signal is different from a legally recognized opt-out preference signal, and we do not respond to it unless required by law.

Disabling cookies may affect the availability or operation of portions of the Services. Cookies that are necessary for security, account access, checkout, consent management, or core functionality may remain active where permitted.

4. Communications, Email, and Text Messages

We may send administrative, transactional, safety, program, event, donation, account, or other service-related communications using the contact information you provide.

We may send marketing email where permitted. You may unsubscribe using the link in the message, but you may continue receiving nonmarketing communications concerning an account, transaction, registration, donation, safety matter, or ongoing relationship.

If you expressly opt in to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or use the Ministry Help Desk. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or donation. Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be disclosed to vendors and telecommunications providers that help deliver or administer the messaging program and as otherwise permitted by law.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

Service providers and processors. These may include website and commerce providers such as Shopify; community and course platforms such as Circle; payment processors; shipping and fulfillment providers; email and text-message providers; cloud hosting, storage, security, analytics, customer-support, ticketing, event, video, transcription, and technology providers; professional advisers; and other vendors that support the Services.

Vision Today. We may disclose order, customer, shipping, support, and transaction information to Vision Today when it sells, publishes, ships, fulfills, supports, or administers an identified product or transaction.

Other users and the public. Profile information, posts, comments, reactions, uploads, or other content may be visible to other users or the public according to the feature used, audience selected, community settings, and applicable notices. Content shared during an event, session, livestream, community, public forum, or recorded activity may be captured or made available as disclosed in the applicable notice or terms.

Advertising, analytics, and social-media providers. We may disclose identifiers, device information, usage information, transaction events, or similar information for analytics, measurement, audience development, or advertising, subject to available choices and applicable law.

Legal, safety, and protective recipients. We may preserve or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with law or legal process; protect a child or vulnerable adult; address a threat, emergency, or serious safety concern; prevent, detect, or investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; enforce applicable terms; protect rights or property; obtain professional assistance; or cooperate with authorities and persons able to assist.

Organizational transactions. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a reorganization, merger, financing, sale or transfer of assets, service transition, dissolution, or similar organizational event, subject to applicable law.

At your direction or with your consent. We may disclose information when you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.

6. Our Relationship With Third-Party Platforms

Shopify, Circle, payment processors, social-media services, ticketing platforms, and other third parties may process personal information under their own terms and privacy policies. This Policy describes the Ministry’s practices and does not replace a third party’s privacy policy or govern processing independently controlled by that third party. Shopify’s independent processing and consumer privacy rights are described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy.

When you use the PMTI community on Circle, both this Policy and Circle’s privacy policy may apply. Circle’s privacy policy describes Circle’s independent platform-level processing. This Policy describes the Ministry’s processing as the owner and operator of the PMTI community and related Ministry programs.

7. Sensitive Information

We may process sensitive information when you voluntarily submit it, when it is reasonably necessary to provide a requested Service or administer a program, when necessary for safety or legal compliance, or as otherwise permitted by law. Depending on the context and applicable law, we may seek additional consent or use a separate notice or form.

Do not use public or member-visible areas to disclose information that you do not want other users to see. We cannot guarantee that another participant will not copy, retain, or further disclose information made available to that participant.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We may use artificial-intelligence-enabled, automated, transcription, summarization, moderation, search, personalization, fraud-prevention, or support tools to assist with Ministry operations. Those tools may process prompts, communications, recordings, submissions, account information, or other data supplied to or generated through the relevant feature.

We select and configure tools based on operational needs, available safeguards, and applicable law, but provider practices and features may change. Unless the Ministry expressly states otherwise for a particular feature, do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information to an AI-enabled feature. We do not make a blanket representation that every third-party provider is prohibited from using all data for model improvement; the provider’s contract, settings, and privacy terms may govern its independent processing.

We do not use solely automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual unless disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

9. Photographs, Audio, Video, and Recordings

The Ministry may photograph, record, livestream, transcribe, or otherwise document events, services, sessions, courses, communities, or programs when notice is provided or as otherwise permitted by law. Recordings may include a participant’s image, voice, name, statements, presentation, screen display, or submitted content.

The Ministry may use recordings for administration, security, accessibility, documentation, authorized participant access, internal training, archives, and other purposes described in the applicable notice or terms. Separate permission will be obtained when required by law or by an applicable program or promotional-use policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing Services, maintaining transaction and donation records, administering programs and accounts, preserving consents and participation records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, enforcing agreements, protecting safety, and satisfying tax, accounting, legal, insurance, archival, and operational requirements.

Retention periods vary based on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the context in which it was collected, operational needs, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, physical, and organizational measures that we consider reasonable and appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. No method of transmission, storage, or security is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, acquired, altered, disclosed, lost, or destroyed without authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account or interaction has been compromised.

12. Children and Youth Programs

The general-audience Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 may not create accounts, join online communities, make purchases, or submit personal information through general-audience Services.

The Ministry may offer separately identified youth programs. Participation by a minor may require a separate parent or guardian agreement, verifiable consent or authorization, emergency information, media choices, safeguarding documentation, or other program-specific materials. The Ministry may collect and use a minor’s information as described in those materials and as reasonably necessary to administer and protect the program.

If you believe a child submitted personal information without required authorization, submit a request through the Ministry Help Desk. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request and address the information as required by law.

13. Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, the nature of the processing, the identity of the responsible entity, and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information; correction of inaccurate information; deletion; a portable copy; restriction or objection to certain processing; withdrawal of consent; or an opt-out from targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or certain profiling.

You may also have the right to use an authorized agent, appeal a decision concerning a request, or avoid unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right. These rights are subject to exceptions, identity verification, record-retention requirements, and other limitations under applicable law.

Submit privacy requests and appeals through the Ministry Help Desk. Describe the request and provide information reasonably sufficient to identify the relevant account, transaction, or interaction. We may request additional information to verify identity, authority, or jurisdiction. If we cannot verify a request or an exception applies, we may deny or limit the request and explain the decision when required.

You may manage email, text-message, cookie, advertising, account, and platform choices using the methods described in this Policy and the settings available in the relevant Service.

14. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and GDPR Rights

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, processing may be based on performance of a contract or requested steps; compliance with legal obligations; protection of vital interests; consent; the Ministry’s or another party’s legitimate interests where those interests are not overridden by applicable rights; or another lawful basis.

Where applicable, legitimate interests may include operating and securing the Services, communicating with participants and supporters, administering religious and charitable activities, preventing fraud and abuse, improving offerings, and establishing or defending legal rights.

Personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where the Ministry or its providers operate. Where required, transfers will be supported by an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, another legally recognized transfer mechanism, or an applicable derogation. You may have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your place of residence, work, or alleged infringement.

15. California Privacy Rights and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Certain state privacy laws may require disclosure of categories of personal information collected, purposes of use, categories disclosed to third parties, and available consumer rights. The categories described in Sections 1, 2, and 5 provide that information for the preceding 12 months and are also our current practices.

We do not sell personal information for money. As described in Section 3, some advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under particular laws. Where an applicable law grants an opt-out right, use the website’s privacy-preferences or opt-out mechanism or submit a request through the Ministry Help Desk.

We do not knowingly sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising the personal information of a consumer whom we know is under 16 without any authorization required by applicable law.

Some state comprehensive privacy laws exempt nonprofit or religious organizations, particular data, or particular processing. Nothing in this Policy represents that a particular law applies when the Ministry or processing is legally exempt. When applicable law grants a nonwaivable privacy right, we will process a properly submitted and verified request as required by that law.

16. Data Breach and Legal Notifications

If a security incident involving personal information triggers a legal notification obligation, the responsible entity will provide notices to affected persons, regulators, or others as required by applicable law. This provision does not create a notification obligation beyond what applicable law requires.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, vendors, practices, or legal requirements. The version posted through the applicable Service will identify its effective or updated date. Material changes will be communicated when and in the manner required by law.

18. Contact and Privacy Requests

Submit privacy questions, requests, appeals, or complaints through the Help Desk.
