RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ProphetessMiranda.com
Please read this Policy before purchasing. Eligibility for a return or refund depends on the type of product or service, the seller identified for the transaction, the applicable offer terms, and nonwaivable law.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through ProphetessMiranda.com. Nabi’ Healing Center, Inc., a Christian church and religious ministry operating publicly through Prophetess Miranda Ministries, Prophetess Miranda Training Institute, The Seers Group, and other ministries, programs, and brands (“Ministry”), operates the website and sells ministry, event, educational, digital, and other products and services through it. Certain books or publishing products are sold and fulfilled by Vision Today Productions, LLC (“Vision Today”). The seller responsible for a particular transaction will be identified on the product page, at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in another transaction record. In this Policy, “Seller” means Ministry or Vision Today, as applicable to the item purchased. When Vision Today is identified as the Seller, this Policy constitutes its applicable return and refund policy unless separate transaction terms are expressly identified.
This Policy supplements the Ministry’s Terms and Conditions, and any product-, subscription-, program-, or event-specific terms. If a specific written offer provides a more favorable return or refund right, that offer controls for that purchase. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Physical Merchandise: 30-Day Return Window
Unless an item is identified as final sale or nonreturnable, you may request a return of eligible physical merchandise within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received, with any tags and original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or other proof of purchase. Books must be in clean, resalable condition and may not show material wear, writing, highlighting, damage, or alteration.
A return request is not approved until the applicable Seller confirms approval and provides return instructions. Items sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.
3. How to Request a Return
Submit the request through the Help Desk with your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the request, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is approved, the Seller will provide instructions and the correct return destination.
Do not mail a return to a church, venue, ministry-service location, registered-agent address, or other address unless the return instructions specifically direct you there.
4. Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges
For an ordinary return that is not caused by a Seller error, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. If the Seller provides a return label, the label cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return instructions state otherwise. Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable except when the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, not shipped, or when a refund of those charges is required by law.
The applicable Seller will pay reasonable return-shipping costs for an approved return caused by its error, such as shipment of the wrong item or delivery of a damaged or defective item. Use a trackable shipping method and retain the receipt. The Seller is not responsible for a return package lost before it is received, except to the extent required by law.
5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Inspect physical merchandise promptly after delivery. Submit a request through the Help Desk as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged or defective, the wrong item was delivered, or an item is missing. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when available so the Seller can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other legally required remedy.
6. Nonreturnable and Final-Sale Items
Except where required by law, returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products; digital products; gift cards; donations; items marked final sale; used, worn, altered, or materially damaged items; personal-care or hygienic goods after opening; perishable goods; or hazardous, flammable, or regulated materials. Sale-priced merchandise is final sale only when the product page or offer clearly identifies it as final sale.
Submit a request through the Help Desk before purchasing if you are unsure whether a physical item is eligible for return.
7. Digital Products, Courses, and Online Content
To the fullest extent permitted by law, digital courses, ebooks, audiobooks, charts, downloads, recordings, and similar digital products are final sale and nonrefundable upon purchase, except where the applicable offer expressly provides a refund period. Access is considered delivered when the Seller grants or makes the product available through an account, email address, download page, streaming page, platform, or other designated delivery method, regardless of whether the purchaser actually opens, views, streams, downloads, accesses, or uses it. If digital content is materially defective or inaccessible because of a verified technical problem within the Seller’s control, contact us so the Seller can attempt to restore access or provide the remedy required by the offer or applicable law.
8. Subscriptions and Memberships
Subscription and membership charges are governed by the terms presented at enrollment and, for PMTI subscriptions offered through Circle, Circle’s Terms and the PMTI Additional Community Terms (Exhibit A). Cancellation stops future renewals when completed before the next renewal is processed but does not ordinarily create a refund or credit for the current billing period, partially used periods, unused access, missed sessions, changed schedules, removed content, or failure to cancel before renewal. Deleting an application, leaving a community, failing to use a subscription, or removing a payment method does not by itself cancel a subscription. Incorrect or duplicate charges may be reviewed and corrected. Nonwaivable rights remain unaffected.
9. Event and Seminar Tickets
Unless an event offer expressly states otherwise, tickets for in-person seminars, conferences, and other events are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. If the purchaser cannot attend and an online option is available for the same event, Ministry may transfer the unused in-person ticket to online access. The transfer does not create a right to a cash refund, store credit, or refund of a price difference.
If Ministry cancels an event and provides no rescheduled date, online access, or comparable substitute, Ministry will provide the remedy stated in the applicable event offer or required by law. Ticketing-platform procedures may be used to administer a transfer, cancellation, or legally required refund, but the use of a particular ticketing platform does not change this Policy unless the event offer expressly states otherwise.
10. Donations
Donations and charitable gifts are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or where Ministry confirms a duplicate charge, processing error, unauthorized transaction, or other circumstance for which Ministry approves or is legally required to provide a refund.
11. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different eligible item is ordinarily to complete an approved return and place a separate order for the replacement item. Defective or incorrect items may be replaced directly at the applicable Seller’s discretion or as required by law.
12. Refund Processing
After an approved return is received and inspected, the Seller will notify you whether the refund is approved. An approved refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified that a refund was approved, submit a request through the Help Desk. Refunds may be reduced by authorized return-label costs, missing-item value, or diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, but only to the extent disclosed and permitted by law.
13. Shipping Delays and Unavailable Merchandise
Physical merchandise will be shipped within the time stated in the offer or order confirmation. If no shipping time is stated, the applicable Seller will follow the time required by law. If the Seller cannot ship within the applicable time, it will provide any legally required delay notice and option to consent to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund. If merchandise cannot be shipped, the Seller will cancel the affected portion of the order and provide the refund required by law, including applicable shipping or handling charges attributable to unshipped merchandise.
14. European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom Consumers
If mandatory consumer law in your location provides a right to withdraw, cancel, return, obtain conformity remedies, or receive a refund, those rights apply notwithstanding a conflicting provision of this Policy. Depending on the transaction and location, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply to customized goods, fully performed services begun with the required consent, digital content supplied after the consumer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the resulting loss of a withdrawal right, or services related to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, including certain event tickets. This paragraph is a general notice and does not replace the mandatory disclosures or cancellation form that may be required when the store specifically targets consumers in those jurisdictions.
15. Billing Errors and Contact
For return questions, refund-status questions, duplicate charges, or suspected billing errors, submit a request through the Help Desk. Please provide the order number and enough information to identify the transaction. Nothing in this Policy requires you to surrender any nonwaivable right to contact your payment provider or a consumer-protection authority.
